Follow these four steps:

1. Telephone or have your lawyer call (254) 752 0955.
2. The DRC will mail or fax you an intake form for you to complete and send to us.
3. The DRC will contact the other party involved, or the party's lawyer, to determine if they are willing to mediate the dispute.
4. Your case will be scheduled for mediation at a time and place convenient to all parties and a volunteer mediator will be assigned.
